Young people ages 4 to 18 are invited to participate in our self-paced Seasonal Reading Challenges.  There are two ways to participate:

Online through Beanstack

1. Click here to create an account and/or join our challenge.  You can register now and start participating any time during the dates listed above.  Did you know: the Beanstack app is easy to use from a phone, tablet, or other smart device?
2. Stop by the library or use Curbside Pick-up to get your prize certificates.
3. Log your reading and activities to earn badges and prizes.  Each badge earns you 1 certificate.
4. Each certificate can be redeemed for one token for the book vending machine.  Just stop by the Children's Room or the Reference Desk with your certificate to get your token.

Paper Logs
1. Print your log using the links above or stop by the library and ask for paper Reading Challenge packet. 2. Fill out your log as you read or complete activities.
3. Stop by the Children's Room or the Reference Desk with your log to have it stamped and receive a token for the book vending machine (or a certificate to use later).

​Looking to learn more about using the library? Try our library learner challenge. For each skill you complete, you will earn a badge. Complete all 10 badges to complete this challenge. Designed for youth ages 5-18.  There are no prizes for completing this challenge but we invite parents and teachers to add their own incentives to make it more interesting.
