World War I Centennial

In August 2014, the world marked the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of the First World War, a war that set into motion many of the subsequent events of the 20th century.

Yoga at the Library

Hatha yoga is the general term for just about all the yoga we practice in the U.S. This class incorporates breathwork and postures designed to open, stretch and strengthen the body. This is a great class for beginners. Students may feel stronger, more grounded and more relaxed after this class.

Classes taught by Kathleen Tooley, 200-hour Kripalu Yoga Instructor and owner of Anahata Yoga and Wellness Center in Harleysville.
