Hands-On Fraktur Sunday, March 25, 2:00

Try your
hand at fraktur drawing, using color pencils for designs
on bookmarks, school rewards, or bookplates. Mary Jane
Hershey, author of "This Teaching I Present: Fraktur
from the Skippack and Salford Mennonite Meetinghouse
Schools, 1747-1836," will show slides of the local
fraktur genre, followed by hands-on practice by all who
attend. There is no charge. Ages 10 and up
welcome. |

North Penn High School teacher George Kauffman presents
a 3-part series of programs on Asian countries. Kauffman
has traveled extensively in remote areas of Asia. Learn
about the peoples, cultures, politics, and geography of
these off the beaten path countries.

Drop off your stuffed animal on Friday between
10-5. Your special friend will enjoy a night filled with
crafts, reading and fun, fun, fun! Pick your animal up
on Saturday morning at 10 am for juice and donuts and
see what kind of fun your stuffed animal had.
