Story Hour Schedule - Fall 2008

Welcome to another session of story hours in the library!  If you don’t have a library card, make sure to register for one at the Front Desk so you can borrow materials to take home. Please remember that a parent or caregiver must come to Story Hour with the Twos and Toddlers.  This is optional for Three’s.  Quiet or pretty quiet siblings are welcome.  Fours and Fives should be able to sit without parents or siblings.  Registration required.

Registration Begins September 2

Thursday 10am or 11am
20 minutes of stories and fingerplays

Three’s
Monday 10am or 1pm
30 minutes of stories and fingerplays

Four’s and Five’s
Tuesday 10am or Thursday 1pm
30 minutes of stories and fingerplays
Music and Motion
Wednesday 11am
30 minutes of stories and Fingerplays for preschool children

Bedtime Story Hour for Preschool Families
Turn off the TV and logoff  the computer!
Use your imagination and enjoy an evening of stories and fingerplays.
Wear your PJ’s and bring your teddy bear if you want!
Every Wednesday evening, 7pm
September 17 - December 17
No registration required.

Bookworm Bunch
Elementary Students are invited to a special story hour to preview new books. Be the first to hear some great new stories.
Second Thursdays (September, October, November, & December) at 7pm
No registration required.

Special Events

Halloween Story Hour
Friday, October 31 - 10am
Join us for some not too scary stories and our Grand Halloween Parade.

Christmas Story Hour
Saturday, December 13 - 11:00am
Celebrate the holiday with Christmas stories and a special visitor from the North Pole. Be sure to bring your camera!
