Borrowing Materials

If you live in the Souderton Area School District, you can join the library by completing an application and showing proof of current address.

Anyone under age 18 needs a parent or guardian to sign the application.

If you live outside the Souderton Area School District, you may borrow materials from IVPL by using a valid library card with a blue ACCESS-PA sticker (the statewide library card program).

Borrowers are responsible for overdue fines and lost or damaged materials checked out to them.  Parents or guardians are responsible for materials borrowed by their children.

IVPL cards are honored in all Pennsylvania libraries participating in the ACCESS-PA program.

Length of Loans

3 weeks:  Books, children's cassettes, toys, audio books, CD's
2 weeks:  Interlibrary loans
1 week:   Videos & DVD's, magazines, pamphlets, circulating encyclopedias, rental books
